Instagram vs realtà

Quante volte vi siete intristiti guardando un post su instagram? Basta non fatelo più! Quello che vedete non è la vita vera.

 È capitato anche a me di guardare alcuni video in giro e dire "ah che vita perfetta", ma ora non più. Non dobbiamo lasciarci fregare cosi!

Prendo come esempio Chiara Ferragni. Vedendo il suo Instagram uno può pensare che sia felice ogni singolo giorno... ma secondo voi non ha momenti in cui vorrebbe mollare tutto? Secondo voi non ha momenti in cui le viene da piangere? È una ragazza normalissima, come tutti noi che sui social mostriamo il bello, di certo non postiamo un video mentre pingiamo. Non raccontiamo quanto soffriamo. 
 

Faccio un’altro esempio l'esempio, al mare: Vediamo sempre foto di ragazze e ragazzi magrissimi, con costumi e capelli perfetti, ma se quando siamo in spiaggia ci guardiamo attorno... quanta di quella perfezione vediamo? Io non l'ho mai vista. Tutte le ragazze e ragazzi hanno qualche difetto. Non siamo bambole quindi è normale. Voi ragazze non dovete essere come le modelle di victoria's secret; voi ragazzi nemmeno. Anche se non avete gli addominali scolpiti dove sta il problema?

Non dovete essere come vuole instagram... dovete essere come volete voi. Se instagram non esistesse, se in giro non ci fossero ragazzi/e che sembrano perfetti/e... come vorresti essere? 

Per favore apri gli occhi la prossima volta che vedi "perfezione" su di un social, perché è una finta perfezione.

I also happened to watch some videos around and say "ah what a perfect life", but now no more. We must not be fooled like this!

I take Chiara Ferragni as an example. Seeing his Instagram, one can think that he is happy every single day ... but do you think he has no moments in which he would like to give up everything? Do you think she has no moments when she feels like crying? She is a very normal girl, like all of us who show the best on social networks, we certainly do not post a video while we cry. We don't tell how much we suffer.

I give another example, at the sea: We always see photos of skinny girls and boys, with perfect bikini and hair, but if when we are on the beach we look around ... how much of that perfection do we see? I have never seen it. All girls and boys have some flaws. We are not dolls so it is normal. You girls don't have to be like Victoria's Secret models; you guys either. Even if you don't have your abs sculpted, where is the problem?

You don't have to be like instagram wants ... you have to be as you want. If instagram didn't exist, if there weren't any guys around who look perfect ... how would you like to be?

Please open your eyes the next time you see "perfection" on a social network, because it's a fake perfection.
